SH boxes utilize 12 primary and proprietary components comprised of rare-earth metals, metal oxides, and industrial diamonds. At the moment, these components are relatively inexpensive on the international market, and the plants which produce them also operate at relatively low cost.”

The closest analogue for the Semiconductor Thermogenerator (SH) technology is Solar Modules (SM) used in photovoltaics.
